Wanda McPhaden is a real estate investment consultant with a national focus, and a real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience. She is a CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and is part of the exclusive network of Realtors® (just the top 5%) who conduct 95% of the business in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

She has a strong reputation in New York and Connecticut as a speaker and seminar leader, regularly conducting seminars for investors. Wanda has a BBA in Marketing from North Texas State University and an MBA in Human Resources from Western Connecticut State University.

Wanda is an active philanthropic supporter of A Better Chance in Ridgefield, CT, an organization for young, inner-city women who are seeking a better education and future, and patron of the Ridgefield Playhouse, where she has sponsored several up and coming performers and fundraising events. She has recently launched a group of women's investment clubs called Women Building Wealth and is developing a nonprofit organization called Women Building Women, which will offer programs on health and wellness, wealth-building, and spirituality. Wanda is married and has two grown sons.
